About Kevin Rapport:

Kevin is a husband, dad, fireman, and self storage investor. He began his real estate journey in 2008 while attending the University of Arizona in Tucson AZ. Kevin and a buddy of his bought foreclosed and rundown homes, rehabbed them, and rented the houses to college friends. This quickly turned into a business and they began to acquire multi-family properties as well as SFRs, while continuing their studies. After graduating in 2011, Kevin continued to build a real estate portfolio while working for 2 different Fortune 500 companies. Once Kevin reached a level of financial freedom he was comfortable with, he quit his 9-5 job, bought a one way ticket to Sydney Australia and traveled for a year with his girlfriend, who is now his wife. This freedom and time away, allowed Kevin to zero in on his passions and his desire to serve. Kevin came back to the United States and pursued Firefighting. He is currently a fireman (7 years on) and continues to invest in real estate, focusing on the self storage industry. Kevin owns 3 storage facilities, and still holds a number of SFRs and Multi Family properties throughout the US.
