About Ryan Gray:
Ryan got out of the US National Guard and shortly after in 2017, he opened an assisted living business called Stable Living LLP, which provides adult-family homes and community-supported living for disabled individuals. His company has grown from one adult-family Home in 2017 to 7 adult-family homes. Ryan’s company also provides in-home care for upwards of 50 clients that live on their own. He currently employs over 45 staff, and they are focused on how to change their clients' lives for the better every day.
Ryan’s business got him interested in real estate. In 2018, he started to buy rental properties and attend a local real estate meet-up. Since then, Ryan has been obsessed with educating himself in real estate and finding off-market properties through mailers, cold-calling, and other avenues. He is currently wholesaling properties to other investors, and flipping properties, but his preferred method is to buy and hold long-term rentals.
Ryan currently owns 156 rental units outside of Stable Living LLP. His goal is to buy 1000 rental units by 2030 and continue to self-manage his properties as they grow. Ryan is happily married to his wife Eva Gray and has an 8-month-old daughter. They live in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and in his free time, Ryan loves to spend time with his family, hunt, and play baseball in the summers.
